Any team traveling to a "Regional" (Hotel Stay) or "National" (Flight + Hotel Stay) Tournament will be invoiced for a "Travel Tournament Fee" which covers the cost of Coaches Travel/Lodging and all fees associated with booking and payment of their travel. The amount of this fee will vary greatly by team/tournament.
Regional Travel Tournament
*A "Regional Travel Tournament" is considered a tournament that is far enough away from our home base that requires a hotel stay of at least one night.
Regional Travel Tournament Fees are an evenly distributed fee amongst all players/families attending that tournament regardless of team assignment. This fee covers:
- Coaches Hotel Rooms + Hotel Tax/Fees *Coaches are booked rooms beginning the night before the first date of the tournament through the final date of the tournament.
- Coaches transportation and all fees associated with booking/reserving travel.
*Depending on the tournament/location, other costs may be associated.
National Travel Tournament Fee
*A National Tournament is considered any tournament where a flight is required to participate.
National Travel Tournament Fees are an evenly distributed fee amongst all players/families attending that tournament. This fee covers:
- Flights for Coaches
- Luggage + Team Equipment for Coaches
- Coaches Hotel Rooms + Hotel Tax/Fees *Coaches are booked rooms beginning the night before the first date of the tournament through the final date of the tournament.
- Coaches transportation and all fees associated with booking/reserving travel.
*Depending on the tournament/location, other costs may be associated.
